Ford Philippines is accelerating its expansion strategy for 2026 with the launch of the first leg of its Ford Island Conquest (FIC) 2026, a nationwide roadshow designed to bring the brand’s latest vehicles, services, and after-sales support closer to customers outside Metro Manila.

According to Pedro Simoes, president and managing director of Ford Philippines, the initiative reflects the company’s renewed focus on regional growth as demand continues to rise in the Visayas and Mindanao.

Strong Sales Momentum in 2025

Ford used the FIC 2026 kickoff to highlight its solid performance in 2025. The company reported cumulative sales of 100,000 units for the Ford Territory Hybrid, reinforcing its position in the competitive compact SUV segment.

Meanwhile, the Ford Everest retained its status as the country’s top-selling midsize 4×4 SUV, while the internal-combustion Mustang continued to lead the sports car segment in the Philippine market.

Ford Enters the Philippine EV Market

One of the biggest announcements was the local introduction of the Ford Mustang Mach-E, marking Ford’s official entry into the Philippine electric-vehicle space.

The move comes as competition in the local EV market intensifies, with more brands pushing battery-electric models and consumers becoming increasingly open to electrified mobility.

Improved Access, Mobile Showrooms, and Home Servicing

For 2026, Ford outlined several initiatives aimed at improving customer convenience and ownership experience, particularly outside major urban centers. These include:

  • Expanded Island Conquest events nationwide

  • A mobile showroom program targeting key areas in the Visayas and Mindanao

  • Enhanced mobile servicing, designed to cover more than 70% of routine maintenance at customers’ homes

Ford is also rolling out an online service-tracking platform that will allow customers to monitor vehicle servicing in real time, alongside ongoing dealership upgrades and improved spare-parts availability.

New Training Center to Support Provincial Network

To standardize customer service quality nationwide, Ford confirmed that a new training center in Calbayog will open this year. The facility will train service advisors, technicians, and dealership managers to support the brand’s growing provincial footprint.

Ford at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show

Ford also confirmed its participation in the Philippine International Motor Show this July, where refreshed versions of its best-selling models are expected to be showcased.

In addition, Ford plans to roll out pop-up stores across key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao, allowing potential buyers to view vehicles and consult with Ford representatives without visiting full dealerships.
